Who is responsible?
EccoChambr is operated by Zacharias Eryd Berlin, a Swedish sole proprietor. Contact: hello@eccochambr.com.
Pending before sales: verified business registration number, public business contact address, contact telephone number and applicable VAT details. No registration number or address is being represented as verified here.

The current public website
- Cloudflare hosts the website. Visiting it makes your IP address, requested pages and normal browser/network information available to the hosting service for delivery and operational security.
- The site stylesheet loads a font from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to load it, exposing normal connection information such as your IP address.
- The demo loads sample audio from this website after you press Play. It does not ask for microphone access or upload your stream. The pricing calculator runs in your browser.
- The site code currently has no advertising or analytics integration and does not set an account cookie. Hosting and external-provider behaviour must be assessed separately; this is not a promise that all providers use no cookies or logs.
- If you email support, we receive the information you send. The address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to an existing Gmail inbox; it is not an automated ticket system.
Planned account and billing data
Public sign-in, trials and paid subscriptions are disabled. If these features launch, we expect to process a verified Twitch channel/account identifier, contact details, trial and subscription dates, listener-time allowance records, Stripe customer/subscription/payment references, invoice status, policy acceptance records and support or refund requests. These records are needed to identify the account, provide the allowance, reconcile payments and handle requests.
Stripe will provide hosted checkout and billing management. Card details entered in Stripe’s hosted payment page are processed by Stripe; they should never be sent through a support email. Twitch supplies account identity in the authenticated integration. Railway is being prepared for the billing backend but no public billing service is currently running there.
Why information is used
Website delivery, security and answering general enquiries rely on legitimate interests in operating a useful, secure service and responding to you. Requests to arrange a service and future account or billing operations rely on steps requested before a contract or performance of that contract. Required accounting and tax records rely on legal obligations. Fraud prevention and dispute handling may rely on legitimate interests. Optional processing requiring consent will need a separate choice before it starts.
Providers, transfers and retention
Data may be handled by the providers described above or disclosed where legally required. Some providers may process information outside the EEA. Provider roles, processing agreements, locations and applicable transfer safeguards still need to be verified, including for the hosting, font and email services already used by this preview. This notice does not represent those checks as complete.
We do not yet have a verified published retention schedule for host logs, support email or future account, usage and billing records. Retention periods or decision criteria and deletion procedures still need to be verified for the current website and email services. Those details and any statutory accounting retention must also be documented before accounts or payments launch. We cannot promise that requesting deletion immediately removes records that the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity.
