Cancel future renewals
For a future paid subscription, cancellation will stop the next renewal. Access continues to the end of the current paid period unless you also withdraw, receive a refund that ends access, or another lawful termination applies.
The planned Stripe customer portal will handle renewal cancellation, invoices and payment details. It is not available from this preview site. A portal cancellation does not itself submit a withdrawal or refund request.
Full initial 14-day refund
At launch, consumers and businesses may request a full refund of the initial paid subscription payment within 14 days of entering that paid contract. We will not deduct used listener-hours or ask you to waive this policy to start using the service. A free trial does not begin the separate paid contract or its refund period.
This voluntary policy concerns the initial contract, rather than a new automatic refund window for every monthly renewal. It does not restrict statutory rights, remedies for a faulty service or any longer right to withdraw that the law provides.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance service contract without giving a reason. The contract date itself is not counted. Applicable rules extending the deadline, including for missing withdrawal information or a deadline falling on a non-working day, remain protected.
You can make a clear withdrawal statement without a special form. Our full initial-refund policy does not require a deduction for early service use. Where a refund is due following consumer withdrawal, it will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and without a refund fee.
Read the official distance-contract guidance and Swedish Distance Contracts Act.
Contact us about a request
Visit Withdraw from contract for the online function’s current status and an optional standard withdrawal form.
Email hello@eccochambr.com. Include your name, the account email or order reference, which contract you mean, and whether you want to withdraw, request a refund, or stop future renewals. A reason is not required to withdraw. Never email payment-card details or passwords.
For example: “I withdraw from my EccoChambr subscription entered on [date]. My name is [name], my account or order reference is [reference], and my receipt email is [email].” Any equally clear statement is accepted.
This email link opens your own mail application; it does not submit a request or confirm receipt. Swedish rules require an easily accessible online withdrawal function and a prompt acknowledgement sent on a durable medium for applicable online consumer contracts. That function and receipt delivery must work before purchases open. Email remains an additional way to give notice.
Acknowledging receipt of a request is separate from approving or processing a refund. A refund is only processed when the payment provider has accepted it; your bank may take additional time to display it. This preview does not process refunds or send automatic receipts.
Problems after 14 days
Contact support about faults, incorrect charges or other concerns. The initial refund period is not a deadline that removes your legal remedies. See the terms for complaints and dispute information.
