Who provides EccoChambr?

EccoChambr is operated by Zacharias Eryd Berlin, a Swedish sole proprietor. Contact: hello@eccochambr.com.

Pending before sales: verified business registration number, public business contact address, contact telephone number and applicable VAT details. No registration number or address is being represented as verified here.

The service and its availability

EccoChambr is being developed to let Twitch viewers adjust separate audio channels. The public mixer is a demonstration. These preview terms do not create a paid subscription, and no purchase is possible on this site yet.

EccoChambr is independent of Twitch. Streamers remain responsible for permission to broadcast their content, including music. Separate audio controls do not provide music licences or prevent copyright claims.

The planned trial and subscription

  • The free trial lasts 7 days or 250 listener-hours, whichever comes first. No card is required and it does not automatically become paid.
  • The Streamer plan is US$15 per monthly billing period with 5,000 listener-hours. One listener using EccoChambr for one hour uses one listener-hour, regardless of the number of audio channels.
  • Unused allowance expires at the end of its billing period. Additional EccoChambr listening stops at the allowance; no automatic top-ups or overage charges apply.
  • A paid subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancelling future renewals leaves access until the paid period ends, unless a refund, withdrawal or other lawful termination ends it sooner.

The final tax treatment, total recurring price and renewal terms will be shown before any purchase. The trial will not authorise a later charge: starting a paid plan requires a separate, explicit purchase.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Ending future renewals and requesting withdrawal or a refund are separate actions. Read the cancellation and refund policy for the full initial 14-day refund policy and consumer rights. Using the service during that period will not waive this full-refund policy.

Faults and complaints

If something is wrong, contact hello@eccochambr.com with the problem and relevant account or order reference. Do not include a password, payment-card details or API keys. Consumer rights concerning faulty digital services, including applicable correction, price reduction or termination rights, remain available after the initial refund period.

If a consumer complaint remains unresolved, you may be able to refer it to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, subject to its eligibility rules. You may also seek advice from Konsumentverket. This does not affect your right to take legal action.

Your protections

The service is intended for consumers and businesses. The initial 14-day refund policy applies to both. If your customer status is unclear, we apply the consumer protections described here while we clarify it.

Swedish law is intended to apply, without removing mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country of residence. Nothing here excludes statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these preview terms will be dated; the terms and price accepted for a future purchase must be provided with its confirmation.
