Withdraw from contract

Change your mind.

Version 2026-11-02 · Updated 2 November 2026 · Preview

Online withdrawal is not available yet

No paid contract can be made through this preview. The online withdrawal function and delivery of a timestamped acknowledgement are still being prepared. The authenticated channel configuration will provide the withdrawal steps once the service is available; public sign-in and the hosted billing service are not available here yet.

The planned function will ask for your name, contract identification and an email for the acknowledgement, then show a separate explicit confirmation step. It must send a prompt durable acknowledgement. A screen message alone will not complete that receipt process. There is no active submission form on this page.

Send a clear notice by email

You may also give a clear withdrawal notice to hello@eccochambr.com, identifying yourself and the contract. You do not have to explain why or use a special form. Clicking this link only opens your mail application; it does not send a notice or acknowledge its receipt.

Email remains an additional route. It does not replace the required online withdrawal function for applicable online consumer contracts. See the full cancellation and refund policy for the initial 14-day refund and consumer rights.

Standard withdrawal form

You may use the text below, but it is optional. The seller’s public postal address must be verified and supplied before purchases open. Do not send identity documents or payment-card details.

Receipt and refund are separate

Submitting a notice, receiving its acknowledgement, and processing a refund are distinct steps. This preview does not submit notices, send acknowledgements or process refunds. See support if you need to contact us.
